  • New Clients

    Jessica Rose salon is more than happy to try and fit in a walk in client. If we have available stylists, we will book you as soon as possible. We have a deposit fee of $50, that will go towards your service. We put this policy in place to prevent last minute cancellations, no shows, and to respect our stylists time.

  • Youth Clients

    Our salon is open to everyone, but we do charge the same price as a regular service for kid cuts.

  • Price Difference

    Our stylists have set their prices to their standard. Some prices may vary, depending on which stylist you see and what you need done. If you have any questions or concerns with our prices, please contact us prior to your service. If you have any concerns about payment, please make sure and touch base with the stylist and their price points.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

    If we are experiencing issues with a specific client, we hold the right to refuse service. Please be respectful towards our space, products, and stylists.

  • Return Policy

    Some of our stylists may require a deposit for the hair service. This deposit is non refundable, but under certain circumstances we try to do the best we can to make sure it is fair. If you put down a deposit and can’t make your appointment, make sure to let the salon or stylist know 48 hours before your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment that deposit will not be refunded, unless under emergency circumstances. If you make a product purchase and want to make a return, the product must be unused. Request for a refund, contact us, and we will see what we can do for you. Thank you for understanding that we need to respect our salon and our stylists time, and if you have any questions or concerns, reach out to the salon or stylist and we will try and help or accommodate you as best as we can.
